Start. Somewhere.

Is a blend of methodology to get clients going towards higher levels of problem solving. As you can see below, pieces of the system touch the low to middle levels of systems improvement. How far up the tree you go is up to you. Start. Somewhere. tools can be used all the way up.

The "problem tree"

5S and other structural systems represent the entry level of process improvement. Some organizations have already started pieces of this system.

Kaizen is a step above 5S as it involves constant action. Some organizations have pieces of this system already in place as well.

Lean is organization wide structure of improvement. It enables Kaizen and 5S structures to naturally grow within it.

Start. Somewhere. is based in all these systems. By providing a starting point based on your unique requirements, it enables you to climb the problem tree a little bit at a time.
